This directory (and version of AlmaLinux) is deprecated.  For normal users,
you should use /9/ and not /9.7/ in your path.

If you know what you are doing, and absolutely want to remain at the 9.7
level, go to https://vault.almalinux.org/9.7/ for packages. 

Please keep in mind that 9.7 no longer gets any updates, nor any security fix's.
